Once you have shipped your item back for an exchange, you can track its delivery using the courier service's tracking system. We can't offer any updates from our end about whether your items have been received before we process your return. Once our team receives it, you may experience delays if our exchange queue is larger than usual for the week. Rest assured, we will contact you via email as soon as your exchange is ready.
