Any items you want to return must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned to us unworn (apart from trying on) and in the condition that you received them. We will not process refunds for items that do not meet these standards. 

You will be responsible for all associated charges with returning the items to us (including import duty or tax). We recommend purchasing tracking for your return package or requesting a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund or exchange lost items.

How do I start a return?

Fill out the returns form with your order information. Make sure to include your order number and requested size (for exchanges). If you are returning items from multiple orders, please provide all of your order numbers associated with these items.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and you will receive a refund. In cases of exchanges, we will contact you via email to arrange payment for shipping your new items back to you.
